Chicken Curry and Paratha
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
1 small onion chopped
1 small ginger root
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 thin small cut green chilis
4 tomatoes thinly sliced
3 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 small cinnamon stick
2 black cardamom
Recipe:
Sautee onions brown
Add crushed ginger and garlic saute
Add cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, black cardamom, green chilis and saute until done sticking
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp red pepper powder and saute for 1-2 minutes and add tomatoes
Add chicken and saute for ten minutes
Add 1 tbsp of water and cover to simmer
Open lid after ten minutes to smell the aroma and decorate with cilantro
Serve with paratha

Egg Dosa
Ingredients:
1 dal dosa batter (fresh lentil batter from indian store)
1 egg
1 small cut onion
1 small cut green chili
1 small cut tomato
Recipe:
Break egg in a bowl, add onion, green chili, tomato, pinch of salt. Mix it
Add one large spoon on a hot non stick pan and spread thin on the pan
Add egg batter
Cook for 2 minutes
Turn it upside down with spatula and cook for 2 minutes
Serve on a plate with cilantro chutney

Palak Paneer
Ingredients:
2 bunch of spinach small cut (palak)
10 cubes of indian cottage cheese (paneer)
1 small onion chopped
1 small ginger root
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 thin small cut green chilis
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
Recipe:
Sautee onions brown
Add crushed ginger and garlic saute
Add pinch of asafoetida, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red pepper powder and saute for 1-2 minutes
Add small cut spinach, saute and cover to simmer for 15 minutes
Use hand blender to crush spinach on cooking
Saute paneer in a small pan with 1 tspn oil.
Transfer the paneer into blended palak
Simmer for 10 minutes
Serve in bowl palak paneer with paratha

Chole Bhature
Ingredients:
1 cup white chana
1 small onion chopped
1 small ginger root
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 thin small cut green chilis
2 crushed tomatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
Recipe:
Add chana, and all the ingredients above in a pressure cooker or instant pot.
Cook for 40 minutes until chick peas are soft when you crush with your finger.
Decorate with cut cilantro
Serve in bowl chana with rice.
