About Me

Hi! My name is Sohil Jayee. I'm a junior at the University of Michigan, currently on the pre-med track, with a passion for growing, learning, and exploring new ideas. One of my biggest hobbies outside of school is fitness. Through sports (such as Basketball, Cross Country, Track & Field, Hockey), working out, and competition I developed a deep interest in the body's physical and mental health and how the food we put into our bodies shapes our energy, recovery, focus, and long-term well-being.

 

This site is my personal project to blend my love for nutrition, my culture, science, and creativity. It features simple yet satisfying recipes, reflections on health and food, and breakdowns of how nutrients affect different parts of the body. From the very macromolecules that build our bodies to easy meal prep, I hope to share content that not only informs but also inspires others to take care and love themselves. But, most importantly my favorite food is chocolate!
